TAG has been about creating leading-edge approaches and tools for alternative work programs since our inception in 2000. TAG is made up of a team of business savvy consultants and Industrial Organizational PhD's. TAG is dedicated to continue to be the country's leading alternative work arrangements consulting agency. TAG serves both private and public sector employers of all types and sizes. We also work with regional agencies to motivate organizations to implement telework, compressed workweek and alternate-schedule programs that significantly reduce the number of automobiles on the road and pollution in the air. TAG's library of online survey items has been developed by I.O. Ph.D.'s and have been used by City and County agencies as well as Fortune 100 companies such as Northrop Grumman, Marriot International, Legg Mason, Citrix Systems and REI. TAG's suite of online and interactive alternative commute assessments, also developed by I.O. Ph.D.'s, assess employees' job-tasks, collaboration needs, critical personal competencies, social needs and remote worksite suitabilites. TAG's goal is to create business environments in which alternative work programs become a standard and effective way of getting work done while providing increased employee retention and recruiting, increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, reduced overhead costs and other benefits for the organization. Our process includes the understanding of the impact of each organization's culture, how business is conducted and the technical infrastructure that supports it.
